Very convenient location and nice room.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. The only problem was we were unlucky enough to have noisy, talkative neighbors who were up late and awoke early. The noise came right through the adjoining door.

Very convenient, and nice room.

Parking was difficult.

Very convenient for downtown and meals. Room was nice but not full 4 star. Overall close to needing freshening up; old TV and limited channel selection.

Fast and Friendly Check-In.

Long overdue for some renovation, carpets are word and furniture is old.

This hotel is still an acceptable choice for Downtown Richmond, but it is lagging behind other choices in the area because it has not been well maintained. It is the only one of the business class hotels in Richmond that has not upgraded to flat-screen HDTVs; the carpets are beginning to show wear in many places and the room furnishings are also starting show some age. This hotel, once the leader in its class, is now trailing badly and should undergo an update soon if it is to maintain its standing. ...read more

The hotel was near good restaurants and a 10 minute walk from historical attractions.

The indoor pool was closed all weekend, the TV was outdated and room service failed to bring an accurate order.

The hotel had a very nice presentation in the lobby. The gentleman at the front desk was inept during check-in and I would attribute it to a lack of respect for his role as an Omni employee. The honor bar was not stocked in exact accordance with the contents and price list and the list was not provided in the room, so I had to call and request one be brought up. Our breakfast room service order was missing three items. I called to have it corrected but the second delivery only contained two of the three missing items. The pool was indoor and had a nice presentation, but disappointingly it was closed for maintenance on all three days of our weekend stay. The television could easily have been 15 years old, which is unacceptable for a hotel that wants to be considered as 4 star deluxe. ...read more

No transfer bench in handicapped bathroom. Parking fee.

Beautiful upscale hotel. The bed linens were divine, and the bed extremely comfortable. Public areas were extremely clean. Stocked mini frige with snacks and beverages. There was a complimentary bottle of spring water, but no bottle opener to open it. The $20/night parking fee is ridiculous..just another way to make more income at the client's expense. ...read more
